If you place a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Please don't worry if you didn't get all the items at the first package, we must ship other items in other packages.

Order Processing:

Oh no!  This is never an ideal situation for any customer and we always try to do our best in assisting the customer to locate their goodies. All of our orders are sent with free insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at some point, sent back or even lost in transit and has no delivery confirmation on tracking page, we apologise! The postal service is out of our control.
